The wineries of valdeorras changes the shape of certifying their wines under a new standard of quality
Quality ISO 17065 norm standard meets the requirements for those organizations that certify products as in this case the wine. HOW TO GET PRODUCT CERTIFICATION
The regulatory Board shall verify the quality of the products of each wine cellar through a physico-chemical and sensory analysis and audit to the winery.
When wines from a wine cellar (types of wines that develop, not brands) meet the required qualifications product certification which will have a validity of 5 years shall be granted by the Council. At that time there will be audits of follow-up, along with the usual harvest.
