Smonkfish to the wine Godello
Ingredients
- 2,2 lb of smonkfish
- Twelve units of crawfish
- Asparagus
- Onion
- Flour
- Salt
- Cream
- Fish juice
- Laurel
- Godello of Valdeorras
- Parsley
Making
First of all cut the leek, the parsley, then fry it, add a piece of laurel, the salt and the wine.
Then add the fish fume cook it 10 minutes, while prepare the smonkfish.
Slice it and fry it and then add it to the sauce for 5 minutes and then add the crawfish and the asparagus.
