Pears to the red wine Mencia on white chocolate
Ingredients
- 1 kg. de pears
- 200 gr. of sugar
- A stick of cinnamon
- 1 Lemon
- 200 ml. of cream
- 200 gr. White chocolate
- A wine mencia’s bottle of Valdeorras
Making
By one hand boil the wine with 0,44lb of sugar and the lemon’s skin and a little of cinnamon.
Then add the pears without skin.
By the other put the cream to boil when it’s ready put inside the chocolate, and put all to the fridge.
Once cold put the pears above the chocolate.
